Warehouse Operations Associate, Vancouver

The Warehouse Operations Associate will work on tasks related to receiving and shipping goods, including storage of goods, distribution of goods, maintenance and care of our hydroponic farms both at our plant hub and our customer locations across Vancouver, and general warehouse organization. The Warehouse Operations Associate prepares products for incoming and outgoing shipping and keeps careful records of all shipping data after verifying its contents. As the Warehouse Operations Associate, you will also have regular building maintenance duties.


  • Receive goods into the warehouse
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing stock
  • Prepare shipments for outbound deliveries
  • Assist with inventory counts
  • Maintain the warehouse area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain the building office, breakroom, and kitchen areas to ensure supply stock levels
  • Service the farms in our plant hub, including scrubbing and washing of parts
  • Follow a defined workflow and schedule 
  • Use our online reporting system to log your work and any issues with the farms to our lead maintenance 
  • Assist the dishwasher to ensure dirty bins are available for cleaning and clean bins are getting moved to Production floor
  • Follow safety guidelines


  • HS diploma/GED required
  • Practical maintenance experience would be an asset
  • Experience in warehouse environment, organizing, shipping and receiving, preferred
  • Working knowledge of tools
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to communicate, provide feedback with verbal and written communication
  • Multi-tasking ability and quick response to frequent priority shifts
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve the highest quality in daily work
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to drive on behalf of the company in own, rented or company car
