Corporate Sales Coordinator, Berlin

As a Corporate Sales Coordinator you will work with the team to grow new business and manage global corporate clients (mostly retailers). The team operates internationally and maintains relationships with the majority of Infarm's teams and clients. Furthermore, the team is also responsible to establish new standards and processes to be applied globally.



  • Support and coordinate the implementation of qCommerce / E-Commerce clients (as well as other B2B clients) and be their first point of contact
  • Frequently collaborate with Infarm’s Management Team to ensure customer requirements and Infarm standards are met equally.
  • Frequently collaborate with internal local teams to ensure operational excellence within your respective vertical.
  • Provide outstanding service with prompt, efficient handling of account/ internal inquiries and issues.
  • You will analyze existing (implementation) processes closely to determine necessary optimizations.
  • You will perform sales analyses and promotion plan optimizations for key e-tailers to drive sales and profitability. 
  • Track and analyze selling history to help advise on forecasting, product life cycles, seasonality and demand challenges.
  • Lead the development and execution of the qCommerce sales strategy and activities.
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities within eCommerce channels globally.
  • Ensure negotiated volumes are within the allocated limit and KPIs to deliver Gross to Net target. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 2 years’ previous work experience in sales, e-commerce, project management, or other relevant experience
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, 
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage time efficiently, as well as a goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • hands on mentality, with a highly efficient and solution oriented working style 
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and Google Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel/ Google Sheet skills.
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
